On March 9, 2023, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Sharaf Sheralizoda met with the delegation of the Asian Development Bank’s mission.

The parties discussed issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and the Asian Development Bank, encouraging economic diplomacy, the bank’s new Business Environment Improvement Program, as well as expansion of the cooperation in strengthening the country’s image in the international arena by improving Tajikistan’s position in international rankings and thus attracting foreign investment.
